Acceptance of Terms#
These Terms govern access to and use of the RGDMN website, the RGDMN APP, and related services. By accessing or using the services, you acknowledge these Terms and the policies referenced in them.
If you do not agree with these Terms, do not access or use the services.
Service Operator#
RGDMN is operated by RGD Mining Company Inc., located in Washington, United States. Written correspondence may be sent to 1100 BELLEVUE WAY NE STE 8A #313, BELLEVUE, WA 98004, UNITED STATES.
Entity Number: 10075683. The company location does not by itself determine the law, forum, or procedure applicable to every user.
Service Description#
RGDMN provides a Bitcoin cloud-mining platform and APP-based workflows for reviewing Cloud Mining Plans, completing Daily Tasks, participating in the Agency Program, managing account activity, and accessing official support.
The public website provides information and links to official destinations. Account creation, login, plan actions, task submissions, Agency tools, account records, and account-specific support take place through the RGDMN APP or another approved official destination.
Eligibility and Local Restrictions#
You must have the legal capacity to accept these Terms and must satisfy the laws, restrictions, and service requirements that apply in your location.
This English master does not state a numerical minimum age or a final list of eligible or restricted jurisdictions. Those matters require operational confirmation and qualified legal review before publication.
Account Creation on a Device#
Each member may create only one account on the same device.
Creating another account on the same device to obtain plan access, task rewards, referral commissions, rank credit, or another benefit, or using false information, self-referrals, or coordinated activity to evade this rule, is prohibited.
A suspected violation may be reviewed. Device or account signals can be incomplete or inaccurate and should not, by themselves, be treated as conclusive proof. Where appropriate, RGDMN may use automated indicators, manual review, or both and may request reasonable information needed to verify the account, device use, or relevant activity. Any verification, review, restriction, suspension, or termination must follow the current service rules, applicable law, and reasonable review procedures. Available notice, correction, and appeal procedures must also follow the current service rules and applicable law.
Account Access and Security#
Account registration, login, credentials, and account-security controls are handled through the RGDMN APP or an approved official destination.
You are responsible for keeping passwords, verification codes, recovery information, and other secret credentials confidential. Do not provide secret credentials to an unverified person, account, website, or support contact.
Report suspected unauthorized access through an official RGDMN support channel as soon as reasonably possible.
Official Links, Downloads, and Support#
Use only links, APP downloads, registration destinations, login destinations, and support channels published through the official RGDMN website or APP.
Copied packages, altered files, unverified mirrors, impersonation accounts, and links distributed by unknown third parties may create security and fraud risks. Check the destination before entering credentials, downloading a file, or taking account-related action.
Cloud Mining Plans#
RGDMN currently presents twelve Bitcoin Cloud Mining Plan levels identified as MN1 through MN12. Plan pages may display a price, displayed daily return, cycle, daily purchase limit, and availability information.
Website plan information is provided for comparison. Before taking action, review the current plan information, availability, operating conditions, purchase limits, and applicable rules in the APP.
Displayed daily returns and other plan values are not guarantees of income, performance, availability, uninterrupted service, or any specific result. Cloud-mining results may be affected by market, network, mining-economics, infrastructure, technology, service, legal, tax, and third-party conditions.
Daily Tasks#
Daily Tasks are governed by the current task brief and APP rules. A distinct group, community, channel, or topic board may be treated as a separate task destination when it is eligible and the activity is permitted under the applicable task, platform, and community rules.
Each individual task may be submitted only once per day. Every submission must follow its instructions, deadline, platform rules, proof requirements, and review conditions.
Task proof may be required to show the relevant post or interaction, a visible account name, and the task time. A submission may be approved, returned for revision, rejected, or marked expired. Submission does not guarantee approval or a reward.
Agency Program and Six-Level Commissions#
Eligible referral activity is organized across six levels. The currently published commission rates are Level 1 at 12%, Level 2 at 3%, Level 3 at 2%, and Levels 4, 5, and 6 at 1% each, for a published total of 20% across the six levels.
Commission is calculated from a referred member’s eligible plan purchase amount at the applicable level rate. A plan’s displayed daily return is not the commission basis. Eligibility, qualifying purchases, team composition, credited commissions, withdrawal availability, and program access remain subject to the current account and program rules.
Activity associated with fraudulent registrations, self-referrals, false information, coordinated activity, or a suspected violation of the account-creation rule may trigger reasonable verification or review and, where supported by the current service rules, applicable law, and reasonable review procedures, may result in access restriction, suspension, or termination.
Agent Ranks and Milestone Rewards#
Agent Ranks are evaluated monthly using actual active-team requirements under the current program rules. Inactive members do not count toward rank requirements.
The website currently presents the following milestones: City Agent at 100 or more active team members with a 5,000 USDT milestone reward; Regional Agent at 1,000 or more with a 50,000 USDT milestone reward; Country Agent at 10,000 or more with a 100,000 USDT milestone reward; and Global Ambassador at 100,000 or more with a 1,000,000 USDT milestone reward.
Rank milestone rewards are separate from six-level commissions. Rank status, active-team qualification, review, reward eligibility, related benefits, and program availability depend on the current program rules and are not guaranteed merely because a displayed threshold is reached.
Agency Tools and Illustrations#
Under the current Agency Program, eligibility to apply for a Custom Multilingual Telegram Robot begins at 10 active direct Level-1 members. The website describes support for 41 languages and a 48-hour review and deployment target at no cost under the current program rule.
Application approval and deployment timing depend on a complete application, current eligibility, operational availability, and program requirements. A stated review or deployment period is a target rather than a guarantee.
MN1 and MN3 two-month simulations use fixed member counts and a fixed purchase frequency to explain commission calculations. They are illustrations only and are not forecasts, income predictions, promises of team growth, or guarantees of actual rewards.
Referral and Promotional Conduct#
Agency participants and task participants must communicate accurately, use approved information, follow the rules of each external platform or community, and disclose referral or promotional relationships where required.
Participants must not promise guaranteed income, conceal material risk, misstate plan conditions, fabricate results, use unsolicited mass messaging, evade platform restrictions, impersonate RGDMN, or present themselves as authorized representatives beyond the authority actually granted to them.
Charges, Digital Assets, and Taxes#
You are responsible for reviewing any price, charge, transfer condition, settlement condition, or other amount presented in the applicable official service flow before taking action.
You are also responsible for understanding and addressing any reporting, tax, legal, or regulatory obligations that apply to you. The website and APP do not provide tax, financial, investment, or legal advice and do not state an unconfirmed fee or tax rate.
Prohibited Conduct#
You must not commit fraud; create a prohibited additional account on the same device; use false identities or false information; self-refer; share an account in a way that defeats account-security or eligibility controls; impersonate another person or RGDMN; manipulate plan, task, referral, commission, reward, promotion, or rank workflows; submit false proof; attempt unauthorized access; introduce malicious code; interfere with service operation; infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights; conceal material risk; or make false or misleading claims.
You must not use the services in a way that violates applicable law, third-party rights, or the rules of an external platform, group, community, channel, or topic board.
Intellectual Property#
The RGDMN website, APP, Logo, brand assets, interface, written content, graphics, and other materials may be protected by intellectual-property rights.
RGDMN materials may not be altered, copied, distributed, misused, or presented as an endorsement or official authorization except as permitted by RGDMN or applicable law.
Third-Party Services and Links#
The services may link to or depend on external stores, websites, social platforms, communication services, networks, infrastructure providers, and other third parties.
Third parties apply their own terms, privacy practices, security controls, regional restrictions, and availability conditions. A link from RGDMN does not replace the need to review those third-party terms.
Service Changes, Review, Suspension, and Termination#
RGDMN may change plans, features, task rules, Agency Program rules, availability, or service access subject to applicable law and the final approved terms.
Access may be reviewed, restricted, suspended, or terminated for suspected fraud, security concerns, unauthorized activity, false submissions, self-referrals, misuse, a suspected violation of the account-creation rule, or another violation. Because detection can produce incomplete or inaccurate results, any consequence must reflect the available evidence, reasonable verification, the current service rules, applicable law, and reasonable review procedures. Notice, correction, and appeal procedures require qualified legal review.
Service and Results Disclaimers#
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the services are provided without a promise of uninterrupted operation, error-free availability, permanent feature availability, or guaranteed results.
Cloud mining and digital-asset-related services involve material market, mining-economics, operational, technology, infrastructure, network, cybersecurity, legal, regulatory, tax, transfer, settlement, and third-party risks.
Liability and Indemnification#
Any limitation or exclusion of liability, allocation of loss, indemnification obligation, warranty disclaimer, or restriction of remedies must be interpreted under applicable law.
The final scope of these provisions, including exceptions and legally available remedies, must be drafted or approved by qualified counsel before publication. This informational master does not establish a final liability cap or indemnification procedure.
Applicable Law and Dispute Process#
RGD Mining Company Inc. is located in Washington, United States. That company location does not, by itself, establish the final governing law, court, arbitration forum, venue, waiver, notice process, or judicial procedure for every user.
Applicable-law and dispute-resolution provisions must be confirmed by qualified counsel before publication. This master intentionally does not select an arbitration location or state a final judicial procedure.
Changes to These Terms#
When these Terms are formally approved or updated, the effective date and last-updated date should be published on this page.
Material updates may be communicated through the website, APP, or another approved official channel, subject to applicable notice requirements.
